All orders under $200 require a $15 Shipping and Handling Fee.? All orders that exceed $200 are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to ground shipments only. Often times we will have special promotions where we offer free shipping regardless of your total purchase. When this is the case you will see a FREE SHIPPING coupon on the product page of the product you are considering.

The $200 total is made up of the subtotal of products in your cart for the regular price of the item. If you are part of our SPECIAL BUYER PROGRAM the total in your cart is made up of the price before the discounted price. Yet another advantage to signing up!

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska

Free Shipping is limited to the Continental United States, however, we will ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders that ship to HI/AK will have a shipping surcharge which will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process.

Freight & Handling Fee

We have a Freight & Handling fee that applies on a small selection of products that either ship LTL or require additional handling at the warehouse. This fee would be in addition to the destination surcharge and flat rate if applicable.

Back Ordered Merchandise

In the unlikely event an item happens to be out of stock, the lead-time to receive an item is usually 2 to 3 weeks. If there is particularly long backorder on an item, we will notify the customer as soon as this information becomes available to us. Our estimated ship time of two to three weeks is not a guaranteed estimate but is the industry average for shipment turnaround times.
